Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my tale of highs, lows and all in between. When I was just 1 and a half years old My family and I immigrated to America. If it weren't for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share this life with you. My parents inspired me and helped me become successful. My goals were set: I would go to university, get an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. Status and money did not bring me joy. I thought I was living a solitary time to make a living. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I realized that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working with people and help people. It was in 2014 that I started my own small business and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their objectives. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their dreams, and to live the lives they have always wished for. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's passing away. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us yet they can prove very valuable. The passing of my mother changed me in many ways, and I truly believe that my mom gave me a second opportunity to live my life after her death. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to start her new journey. I was given a second opportunity to live a happy and fulfilled life. As I approach my 30s, I have a sense of being alive and in the moment. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. My life is shared with you so that I can talk about my experience and words. This can help you know you're not alone. It is possible to getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the best asset. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets, as dying is the only possibility that awaits the people in our lives.
